• Prepare procurement plan, quotation comparison sheet, purchase orders as per needs and requirements of the department
• Coordination with storekeeper for maintaining safe inventory of materials.
• Follow-up with suppliers for logistics and deliveries.
• Generating monthly procurement reports.
• Coordination with other business units on the status of the project.
