• For management positions i.e. Principle, Headmistress & School Coordinator I was advised & trained to be proactive and plan ahead. Succession planning initiative was launched by the management where HR have to identify teachers with skills & potential to be a school administrator, and train them for that role over a period of 3 to 5 years.

Similar training was conducted for office staff of BSS as In-house trainer.
