Working in a fast paced and demanding environment and managing the complete recruitment cycle process from requisition initiation to candidate joining for the Engineering & Construction and Foods & Resources clusters with the motto of Better Every Day. The role includes (but not limited to):
• Partnering with the business stakeholders (Business Partnering team, Operation Heads, Hiring/Line Managers etc.) to understand the upcoming requirements, and develop tailored TA strategies. Furthermore, manage the execution of these strategies to deliver a minimum of 90% of manpower in line with the agreed SLA.
• Review the 3 months manpower forecast and devise recruitment strategies to build candidate pool.
• Managing the teams workload by thoroughly understanding their job responsibilities and respective business requirements and help them deliver their KPIs.
• Reviewing the monthly Complete Recruitment Cycle Report to observe the Turn Around Times and Time to Fill metrics then identify the delays and gaps and devising recruitment and mobilization strategies accordingly.
• Reviewing Hiring Managers Satisfaction Survey and devising plans for improvement accordingly.
• Reviewing TA teams weekly Recruitment and Mobilization reports sent to internal stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders (like camp administration, transportation, Government Relations) for upcoming arrival visibility and driving pre-preparation for seamless process.
• Managing and reviewing performance of external stakeholders (like recruitment agencies) and managing the business provided to them as per their last six months performance.
• Educate the business and manage their expectations in case of any unexpected delays in the delivery of manpower due to unforeseen circumstances due to external factors.
