o Based on IKEA FOOD Global business plan and strategies setting and developing IKEA national business plan and setting direction for IKEA FOOD in the country
o Every year defining financial goals and developing P&L strategy in agreement with Country management, and setting sales budgets and Business case for every project ensuring ROI.
o Pro-actively Update forecast on bi monthly basis.
o Initiating, implementing and analyzing projects from both financial and commercial perspective.
o Increase operational efficiency by looking into the trends of more volume sold in less time.
o HACCP / ISO22000:2005 certification and ensuring surveillance audits are passed year on year.
o Overall responsible for ensuring compliance to legislative requirements in the areas of HSSE.
o Formulating commercial strategy and establish guidelines for national range development.
o Training and development including overseas recruitment.
o In cooperation with Finance and Logistics initiate purchasing and goods flow strategies.
o Creating and implementing a successful pricing strategy for all IKEA FOOD units.
o Supervising and analyzing the local competition in order to secure a competitive price.
