Key Responsibilities: Client Representative (Project Manager)
• Coordination with Consultant to prepare initial drawings as per the requirements of the management
• Advice management on different aspects of civil construction methodology for different projects in the designing/ planning stage
• Key role in finalizing contracts and contractors for different projects
• Liaison with consultants on different stages of approval of project drawings from concerned authorities
• Determination of building aspects like finishes schedule, external elevation, etc, . with respects to the requirements of the management
• Finalization of Designing and supervision contracts with consultants
• Experience in managing projects single handedly as a client representative/Resident engineer in both designing and execution phases
• Wide experience in project control and management through handling different projects simultaneously. 8-10 Projects at a time
• Coordinating with consultants and surveyors to explore new sites, initiation on initial design aspects including engaging soil investigation contractors.

Key Responsibilities: Client Representative (Resident Engineer)
• Tracking and progress sketch (Primavera)
• Checking and certifying contractor bills
• Site management
• Liaison with consultant and contractor
• Ascertain quality and standards as per drawing and specification
• Analyzing and identifying bottle-neck issues to monitor project progress (Primavera)
• Preparation of MAS, follow-up on approvals with client and consultant
• 2Weeks look-ahead scheduling (Primavera)
• Budget Analysis on Periodical basis and providing subsequent advice to the management for cost control measures
• Raising material requirement request for purchase/finalization of material supply and sub-contracts for specialized jobs
• Ensure all contractual deliverables are in line with the contract specifications
• Conduct meetings with consultants, contractors and client for detailed discussions to ensure job as per the requirement of the client
• Ensuring all safety and quality aspects are as per the policies of the contract for specific projects
