the Saudi market.
- I was hired to supervised and lead a team of 8 employees, site drivers in directing, managing the transfer of materials and equipment’s from the demolished site to the new construction site.
- Collect all recyclable materials from the demolished site which could be reused safely for a new construction. I was Involve in coaching and mentoring of the team.
- Coordinated between contractor, warehouse and team to successfully transfer the required materials within its designated place and stipulated time.
- Created and published reports detailing all aspects of team performance to review results with Operations Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
