** :Tendering Stage
1 Study the tenders according to the standards of choosing and the objectives achievement plan for the company.
2 Prepare & send the Inquiry format for the Suppliers & Sub Contractors as per updated List of approved sub-Contractors
3 Distrubite the documents of tender to my team work to compare between given BOQ & Actual Quantiuties as per drawings
4 Study all tender documents ( Drawings, Specifications, BOQ, technical conditions, ...etc ).
5 Prepare the Estimation sheet for tenders & Priced BOQ
6 Prepare the questionaires ( if any) to the consultant and the Owner for clarify.
7 Cost analysis for all civil works .
8 Complete the Estimation sheet with filling the quotations of suppliers & Subcontractors .
9 Upon study the quotations negotiation with suppliers & subcontractors to reach for the final discount.
10 Prepare the final Estimation sheet with final cost .
11 Prepare Method of Statement & Time Schedule as perTender requirments.
12 Prepare the Project needs of Human resources & Equipments ( SOH ).
13 Study & analysis the external and internal risks and their imact
14 Prepare the final offer including ( SOH ), Risk analysis & Profit to submit to the Technical Manager
15 Prepare all Submittals for the Tender.
16 Study & analysis the reasons, in case of losing the Tender
*** : Contracting Stage
Upon wining the tender :
1 Instruct team work to recaculate all Quantities in BOQ as per drawings and make check from two QS on big items to reach the final quantiy.
2 Communication with the suppliers & subcontractors to revise their quotations .
3 Prepare the final BOQ with actual quantities and missing items ( if any) as per team work calculations .
4 Upon reciving the revised quotations from suppliers & subcontractors negotate with them to reach the final discount .
5 Prepare comparison sheet for sub contractors's final quotations.
6 As per specification of project determine the approved list of suppliers & Manufacturers to take in considration when choose the supplier or subcontractor.
7 Prepare plan for contracting as per project schedule
8 Prepare drafts of new contracts as per company regulations and main contract of progect.
9 Coordinate design of contract velbiage with other internal departments including legal, finance & product development.
10 By cooperation with the Technical manager, choose the approved supplier or subcontractor for each contract.
11 Act as the point of contract for both internal & external customers in regards to contractual issues.
12 Prepare tow original coppies of the contract to sign & stamp from the all partners
