Managing company projects
was responsible for organizing old unorganized project documents and collect them to be available and clear for the work team when needed. In addition, I was the key person in the coordination between the contractor and the consultant. I prepare the time schedule for the project using Primavera software which was divided to 48 building with access roads and other facilities. Other Duties were including making daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to higher management and tracking work progress.
I was responsible for organizing the work, organizing the projects documents, managing the on-going projects, study project tenders and price them. I spent a lot of time helping in the accountant and finical department which earned me a good knowledge in the accounting discipline.
I was responsible for the following up process and coordinating for all the 6 projects. Work was challenging since the projects were large and hade many obstacles and difficult in their nature and circumstance. I managed to organize them and to put them on the track with the help of the projects mangers.
I was responsible for founding and developing materials laboratory based on Riyadh. Work was including setting up test machines, helping in issuing the Lab profile, setting up test prices and data, and establishing the lab work system
