• Identify suitable recruitment channel to start sourcing the workforce market for the right candidates matching the job requirements; using various online and offline sources such as, LinkedIn, Bayt, Career-fairs, local data base, recruitment agencies, referrals and connections.
• Interview candidates, shortlist the most suitable and provide feedback to the department.
• Select the right candidate for the right place with coordination with department managers.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities:
As a Human Resource Specialist in Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. I am responsible for the following:
Future Leader Program:
• Ensure the Trainees fully understand the benefits of the future leader program and basic functions.
• Delivering a better understanding of the trainee about the departments of Huawei.
• Managing the OJT (On Job Training) from the start to internally recruit the trainee.
• Coordinating between the HRBP's in their departments regarding their Mentors and their Trainees.
• Maintaining a departmental database comprising OJT activities, jobs and training opportunities.
• Coordinating on-the job-training between departments, and ensuring the Trainees compliance to bylaws, rules and regulations.
• To promote positive experiences for Trainees in the company.
• Suggest new plans and ideas to improve the Future Leader Program.
Recruitment:

Responsible of all manpower and recruitment activities ranging from senior level managers to unskilled labor.
Key Activities:
• Control, maintain, and update manpower plan and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.
• Regular meetings and follow-ups with department managers to review and update the current manpower plan and the job desertion of the recruitment.
• Identify suitable recruitment channel to start sourcing the workforce market for the right candidates matching the job requirements; using various online and offline sources such as, LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukarigulf, Career website, local data base, recruitment agencies, referrals and connections.
• Interview candidates up to highest level, shortlist the most suitable and provide feedback to the department Manager.
• Select the right candidate for the right place with coordination with department managers.
• Liaise with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Arranging and manage recruitment campaign from A to Z, coordination with abroad agencies, travel for personal interviews, shortlist and select the suitable candidates.
• Issue recruitment related documents, and draft employment offer and appointment letters for selected candidates using SAP.
• To handle (Assisted/Verified Assisted services) as per the task list.
• To follow up with clients and confirm their satisfaction on the short listed CVs.
• Ensure user understands benefits of using website tools and basic functions.
• To leverage this relationship ultimately to promote Bayt.com products and services and motivate repeat client usage (RENEWALS).
• To motivate clients to recommend Bayt.com through positive word-of-mouth (REFERRALS).
• To obtain Testimonials from clients on the benefits of Bayt.com services.
• To promote positive client experiences on Bayt.com.
• To continuously conduct market research on customers’ needs and share it with department heads in order to improve Bayt.com offerings.
• Report to designated consultants on client’s status and to the Area or Country Manager on sales and operational matters.
• Post and activate job posting as per the client’s requirement. Ensure continuous follow up with the client to make sure posting credits are utilized.
• Carry out other sales and operational activities as requested by the management.
