Supervising the process of preparing and developing an integrated
methodology for project management and the mechanisms
approved for implementation and evaluation through the outputs, in
accordance with the procedures approved by the agency.
• Developing project plans in line with the agency's goals
• Follow up the implementation of all project phases with the required
specifications and direct the work teams to implement the project in
coordination with the project's concerned authorities.
• Developing the necessary plans to implement future and current
project phases (budget, project risks, feasibility studies) in
coordination with the agency's administrative units.
• Executing follow-up and periodic monitoring of the uses of resources
allocated to projects and documenting their results.
• Managing and following up the implementation of projects in the
agency and ensuring the implementation and follow-up of
recommendations and decisions and submitting amendments to the
agency's projects
• Attracting companies and institutions implementing projects and
evaluating them according to selection criteria and making standard
comparisons with their counterparts
• Preparing benchmark studies and reference comparisons for
projects and their implementation methods in accordance with best
practices in coordination with the specialized units
• Update and organize records, data and statistics related to the
activities of the office and keep them and make use of the technical
capabilities in their treatment.
• Preparing periodic reports on the activities and achievements of the
office and suggestions for developing performance in it.
Updating the instructions and managing the organizational structure
to develop work activities that with respect to business interest.
• To update the necessary executive plans and programs for the
administration units in the agency.
• Participate in defining the scope of agreements and partnerships to
serve the field of business development.
• Supervising and ensuring the continuity of the process of developing
the various services provided by the agency.
• Participate in quality assurance procedures for products and services
in coordination with Department of Organizational Excellence, and
Conformity and Compliance Department.
• Participate and submit proposals aimed at developing and updating
the regulations and legislation regulating the agency's work.
• Setting performance benchmarks for all activities related to
management, reviewing and developing them on an ongoing basis.
Maintaining proper filing for material department. Translating Invoices and books of customs tariffs for receivable. Decelerating special items in port. Interring receivables in system. Issuing invoice.
