Manage all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, coordinating with procurement for fluffing business requirements (raw materials), planning for the sales order, scheduling the shipments, and cost controlling. Additional to warehouse, receiving, and shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time

Lead the shipping and warehouse operations, planning and coordinating the storage and
distribution operations within the organization Develop and implement standard practices for
order processing, warehouse operations, stock Management and movement.
Duties
• Collaborate with other Departments to optimize the supply chain
• Analyzing logistics data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Planning the delivery and dispatch.
• Tracking stock levels and insure the availability of parts and materials needed.
• Planning supply chain schedules in advance in preparation.
• Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing cordial relationships with them.
• Negotiating with suppliers to minimize raw material and transportation costs.
• Making sure that all supplier information and records are up to date.
• Keeping accurate records of products, contracts, pricing and invoicing information.
• Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
• making sure stock is stored correctly and safely,
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
