Project Manager of the new International gateway project ($6.5 millions): ● Managing RFP process, evaluating bids from the world-lead telecom vendors including Ericson, Nokia Siemens,
Alcatel Lucent, ZTE and Huawei Technologies Inc.
● Supervising and following up the preparing of the project contract and it's annexes with the assistance of the company legal and technical consultants.
● Setting up the project team and plan of work and allocating human and logistic resources, as well as setting up the associated subprojects needed for the gateway to operate such as power system, transmission utilities and
connections, and integration with the existing systems including the network management and billing systems.
● Managing the process of installation, integration, traffic migration from the existing gateway and operation of the new gateway according to plan of work.
Project Manager of the upgrade LFON submarine cable ($2.5 millions)
● Managing the resources and time schedule of the project that aims to expand the protected capacity to the existing
LFON (Libyan Fiber Optic Network) that connects most of the major coast cities in the country.

Switching engineer in the international switching center - ISC
● Configuration of the Nokia Siemens TDM switch using MML and Power node software .
● Responsible for reporting the failures and troubleshooting with the international carriers .
● Creating and provisioning new circuits for new carriers or expansion for existing ones.
● Defining codes and establishing routes to all international and local destinations based on QoS.

Huawei Technologies Inc. Mar 2008 -Sep 2008
● CDMA Base Station Subsystem Engineer of GPTC 500K WLL project.
● Performing configuration and commissioning tasks of BTSs remotely and on site
● Operation and maintenance of the sites via BSC.
● Archive and Backup database of the system.
