• Perform duties, Rent, buy, or sell property for clients and interview prospective clients, accompany
clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents
who represent buyer.
• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in
multiple listing services.
• Display commercial, industrial, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related
matters.
• Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and
appraisals.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing
statements, Title deeds and leases
Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes
• Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to
enhance sales volumes/ revenues.
• Acquire and manage profitable business relationships in pre-owned
• (Non franchise) auto segment.
• Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels
• By ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Promote and sustain the image of the Bank as the leading provider of auto finance
services.
• Ensure auto loans logged in are of acceptable standards (error free).
• Track deals logged in for approvals / disbursals to ensure total compliance to the
sales process and achieve required turnaround time (TAT) and service standards.
• Meet the sales targets and source new to bank business.
• Provide the bank customers financial services which exceed the customers' expectations by
delivering an unbiased, competent, and timely and problem free service.
• Cross sell and promote the other bank financial products.
• Retain the bank customers and report their feedback.
• Adhere to bank compliance and Sharia department policy and procedures.
