▪ Full feasible study for new precast planet; cost of establishment, needed equipment’s, needed manpower, planed revenue, expecting profit. ( already started but on hold due market shifting in Saudi Arabia )
▪ Providing leadership of tender/estimation, engineering, production, logistics, erection, planning and project management. For all Precast activities in whole company projects as following
1- TBC Schools project; this project consist of 44 sites with total budget 800 Million SR, each one main building of school and multipurpose hall, auxiliaries buildings and fence, all of them is precast with load bearing system and col/beam system. Total precast is 240 Million SR excused in 14 months by 5 precast supplier.
2- Granada Mall Ext. Project ; full Frame precast system with most complicated architectural design to integrate it with existing mall
3- Royal Court Protocol Canopies Project, ArabSat administration building Project, Precats facilities of justice court Project, Kaust Villa Project and GOSI Car Park Project.
▪ Construction Manager for 4 schools sites parallel to above missions.

Manage, operate and coordinate all progress of precast and GRC manifacturing, strating from estimation/tendering to Erection Stages for many different types of Precast Buildings, that thru management for 8 departments and more than 1550 Engineers, staff and labors
My departments are Estimation and tender dept., Engineering dept., Planing and Scheduling dept., Production dept., Logistic and Stock Yard dept., Erection Dept., Maintainaence dept. and Crusher Department.

Some difficult Jobs are terminated by my team like Water Station, SCECO and National Grids buildings, full Frames malls, Schools, factories, box culvert and water tanks, residential villas and apartments, Load bearing system and column/beams, bridge girders, precast and GRC cladding.
Duties and Responsibilities;
4- Providing leadership of tender/estimation, engineering, production, logistics, erection, planning, project management, maintenance and crusher planet.
5- Planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing of hollow core slabs and other precast elements in compliance with company goals and objectives.
6- Ensuring jobs are manufactured correctly, cost effectively and delivered on time and in accordance to customer build specification and quality requirements.
7- Communicating with all relevant divisions and coordinating all relevant inputs (people, plant and processes) to ensure production output and on time delivery targets are achieved.
8- Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure production output and on time delivery targets are achieved cost effectively.
9- Ensuring necessary manpower, competence, skill, knowledge, plant and tooling required in order to achieve production targets.
10- consult the Supply Chain function to ensure material is purchased cost effectively and available for production when required
11- Maximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring effective employment utilization
12- Determining methods and strategies for maximizing financial, human and material assets
13- Leading performance improvement efforts to continuously control costs, improve efficiency, and increase productivity
14- Monitoring budgets and reviewing financial statements
15- Managing staffing plans and sufficient employment levels to meet production needs
16- Directing Departments Managers in the provision and execution of operating strategies and plans

1. The Cladding of Residential Building in Dammam, KSA.

2. Jabal Al Kabaa Project - AL Haram - Makkah (Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project for The two Holy Masjid).


▪ Project Description: A project of total area 1.5 million m2, right in front of Al Haram Al Makky, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, consisting of 6 residential towers over 30 floors high, and one tower serves as a five stars hotel reaching to 477 m high, all jointed together by a podium of 12 floors above ground level and three basement floors.
▪ Owner & Main Contractor: Saudi Bin Laden Group.
▪ Architect: Dar Al Handasah.- Cairo - Egypt.
▪ Skin Consultant: CDC-American consulting office - Texas State - USA.
▪ Precast & GRC Contractor: Premco - Jeddah - KSA.
▪ Our Scope: The Design, Manufacturing, supplying and Erection All Precast cladding for skin of the building including all concrete and GRC units, Precast hollow core slabs, interior precast walls and the Precast Pods.

3. Ministry Of Interior, Phase I - Central Security Building (Prisons & Services Bldgs), KSA.; In This project, I am Proiect Engineer with responsibility of Precast items about structural design for wall bearing system, callding and prestressed hollow core slabs, design modifications, detail design, drawings issues and revisions
This project consist from five sites in five different emirates, by 125, 000 m2 for each site, the structural concept is wall bearing by precast elements shear walls, Beams, slabs and Pods. (total budget 1.75 Billion SR)

4. Ministry Of Interior, Phase II - Administration Buildings, KSA.; In This project I were Proiect Manager with full responsibility of Precast items about:-
a)-Structural design for wall bearing system, callding and prestressed hollow core slabs, design modifications, detail design, drawings issues and revisions.

b)-Coordination with all another trads and “Dar Al Handasah” as consulting

c)-Follow up the production, delivery to site and building erection

d)-Solve the problems at any stage and follow the efficiency of this solutions to find ulternative

This project consist from four sites as following Headquarter, Cultural Institute, Regional Admin. Riyadh and Regional Admin. makkah, by 895, 000 m2, the structural concept is wall bearing to two stories by precast elements shear walls, Beams, slabs and Precast cladding, hollow core slabs and Pods. (total budget 1.65 Billion SR).

3. Saudi Egyptian Petrochemical Co.; Polyester Production Facilities in Alexandria; Fiber line and Bale storage 3375 m2 , Poly A and Poly B plants (600 ton steel for each one), Chip Storage 3560 m2, HTM Building, Steel Rack Ware House 6466 m2, Rested Steel Water Tanks .
4. Pyramids Smart Co.; Pyramids Smart Village in 6th October City; Office Building Type “E” (E34 & E43 and A7 (Post tension slabs 10.0-12.0 m span) with 4000 m2 and 7000 m2 area for each one)- We used here Post tension slabs system.
