Be responsible for all aspects of the business in his territory (Sales, Marketing and Technical Service).
Identify and realize market opportunities for the Combibloc System business (filling lines, packaging material and services) in his territory.
The primary roles are:
•To build and maintain strong customer relationships for the benefit of both
•To propose action plans to Management that delivers the company strategy and objectives as defined in OPLA and Budget Reviews (PI, KPI, CKPI)
•To execute the action plans after obtaining Management approval and report timely on challenges, opportunities and results and if needed propose corrections to action plans.
•To comply with Empowerment framework and build and maintain the brand by maintaining high ethical standards
•To manage the office for all legal, manpower, tax... issues in accordance with the local law and approved policies
•Develop short and long-term strategic plan in cooperation with the Cluster Head.
•Visit customers regularly to ensure their needs are being met.
•Resolve outstanding commercial and technical issues, develop company’s value proposition, and build strong professional working relationships to gain customer loyalty.
•Delivering the company’s cash flow by ensuring customers payment are consistently on time and take the necessary actions required (with the support of the Finance department) to reduce the risks.
•Establish periodical sales forecasts on customer sleeve orders and ensure these are accurate.
•Secure that technical performance and filling machine utilization of all installed equipment is constantly monitored and corrective actions are initiated, if required.
•Conduct customer satisfaction program and determine our performance level against customer expectations.
Setting the Group Strategy, Vision and Long Term plans.
•Preparing the Business Budget based on the board directive.
•Team Building for Senior Levels.
•Sharing for company policy based on set vision.
•Capital Management based on set strategy.
•Marketing Plans to ensure the planed Growing at Packaging Machines.
•Ensure proper implementation of the business plan & sales marketing policy.
•Be keenly aware of customer satisfaction.
•Pay special attention to customers’ complaints; work closely with sales participants to resolve any customer complaint in the shortest time possible.
• Support the Business Managers by sharing their knowledge and experience in selling techniques.
•Delivering the company’s cash flow by ensuring customers payment is consistently on time.
•Seek out new market opportunities and develop them against competitive packing materials and companies to increase line utilization and market share.
Preparing the Business Budget based on the board directive.
•Maintain aggressive and consistent market coverage.
•Group marketing policy.
•Ensure proper implementation of the business plan & sales marketing policy.
•Very close follow up & full support to sales team in the collection of overdue invoices from customers.
Sales And Marketing Annual Plans.
•Customers ordering activities & specifications sales Forecast.
• Be keenly aware of customer satisfaction, which includes attention to details and quick response insistence on the highest standards of customer service within sales organization.
•Pay special attention to customers’ complaints; work closely with sales participants to resolve any customer complaint in the shortest time possible.
•Establish and maintain a comprehensive database on the market, VIP customers.
•Set production priorities and submitted to Porsche Factory planning and production sections.
Provided customers services and production control Participated in all marketing procedure.
•Supervision Cairo operation's points to ensure high performance of activities’.
•Control the achievement of the business plan by effective monitoring of the work of Marking Organization and prompt action to correct short comings.
