Core Strategic Responsibilities:
• Act as Engineer's Representative.
• Coordinate with the Departments, Consultants and
Contractors.
• Liaise with other Authorities.
• Liaise with Department and approve Contractor's
submissions.
• Coordinate forward planning.
• Be fully conversant with the Contract Terms and Conditions.
• Implement the terms and conditions of Contract.
• Generally supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
• Liaise with all parties for site safety.
• Convene and chair regular site meetings.
• Issue additional drawings etc.as required.
• Provide technical leadership to his team.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of his team.
• Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of records according to
ISO 9001.
• Maintain awareness of contracts financial status.
• Give final approval to Works and arrange Handover
