• Ensure effective allocation for material plan implementation of resources.
• Manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy.
• Ensures proper implementation of the marketing plan by maximizing sales force measures as the best in relation to industry trends.
• Control budget and expenses within business unit in order to ensure the profitability.
• Recruit and coach staffs on professional knowledge and job-related skills.
• Set up KPIs to appraise staff’s performance.
• Set up and manage customer’s profile, develop potential customers.
• Join in making company strategy plans.
• Look for potential principals to widen business activities
• Managing our agents (Multipharma - Egy drug) regarding all the issues related to demand forecast, budgeting, price structure, compensations’.
• To achieve growth and market share, and meets sales and expense control targets, superior sales management skills, strong business acumen and a commitment to instilling standards of excellence at every level of the Business unit.
