Primary Purpose of the Job

Develops and executes agreed strategic and short-term sales plans to attain corporate equipment volume, market-share and profit objectives

Scope of Work:

 Develops and manages the successful execution of the agreed annual

 Continually reviews market conditions and competitor activity to identify,

 Maintains optimum sales staffing level through HR department and ensures
Proper selection, development and performance evaluation of sales staff with
Special consideration to local nationals

 Prepares periodic reports for management and suppliers.
