• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
• Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
• Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals.
• Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs, the physical condition of the person to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients
• Various other duties as needed and required

• Sales following up for the due date invoices and any facilitation to our customers as per our policies
• Supervise bill collections with the sales team
• Building a strong relationship with our customer in order to maintain our business
• Identify current process and create improvements to ensure business sales are implemented effectively and efficiently within our service area
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Promote the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services to potential commercial customers
• Assist with daily sales reporting as well as provide detailed monthly analysis of sales efforts
• Assist our technicians with supporting them on a successful installation of services to customers
• Assist our third party sales reps with support and ongoing coaching’s to improve processes and developments
• Various other duties as needed and required
