- Played a key role in establishing the manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia including designs, approvals, construction and recruitment and managed the qualification process with the main customers including Aramco, Sabic, SEC, and major EPCs.
- Played a key role in representing the company in Saudi Arabia for signing contracts with all private and governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, MODON, Customs, Labor Office, Recruitment Offices, Passport/Immigration Offices, Department of Zakat and Income Tax, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.
- Operating bank accounts of the Company in Saudi Arabia and dealing on behalf of the Company on such accounts in accordance with the Shareholders’ instructions.
