Middle East Heat Exchanger Co. (MEHECO) is a joint venture between Tamimi Group & GE which combines ‎Tamimi Group local strength with GE’s global technology leadership to manufacture Air Cooled Heat Exchangers and Condensers for ‎all applications with field service and lifecycle support for installation, maintenance, upgrades and modifications. MEHECO ‎established in 2011 in Dammam eastern region of Saudi Arabia to serve Middle East & North African customers with localized ‎manufacturing, as well as rigorous supply chain logistics and transportation resources. It complies with ISO 9001 and ASME ‎certification.‎

Key Responsibilities:
- Played a key role in establishing the manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia including designs, approvals, construction and ‎recruitment and managed the qualification process with the main customers including Aramco, Sabic, SEC, and major EPCs. ‎
- Played a key role in representing the company in Saudi Arabia for signing contracts with all private and governmental bodies, ‎including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, MODON, Customs, Labor Office, Recruitment Offices, ‎Passport/Immigration Offices, Department of Zakat and Income Tax, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce.‎
- Operating bank accounts of the Company in Saudi Arabia and dealing on behalf of the Company on such accounts in ‎accordance with the Shareholders’ instructions.‎
