• Identify and implement effective solutions within the boat manufacturing process.
• Preparing lamination Methods for composite piece production, ensuring precision and
adherence to quality standard in the manufacturing process.
• Preparing HAVC drawing for production (fuel and water system)
• CNC Programming (CMS POSEIDON 5 axis / 3 axis).
• Preparing the CAD phase for the composite part (metal structure /
machining stock(polystyrene, )).
• Preparing the preventive maintenance schedule for the CNC machines.
• Identifying the necessary milling tools, ensuring precision and efficiency in the
machining processes.
• Managing supplier relationships ensuring timely deliveries and coordinating
supply chain activities to support uninterrupted factory operation.
• Coordination with clients to communicate and align on the manufacturing process,
ensuring clarity and meeting customer expectation.
