Manage and oversee all accounting & finance activities of the Organization including preparation of financial reports as well as manage & direct the accounts department.
• Handling full set of accounts up to finalization & solving accounting discrepancies.
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividend, annual report and accounts.
• Oversees and supervise accounting department and related staff. Budget, and audit functions.
• Responsibility for all day to day finance & accounts related processes and reconciliations
• Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, stock, depreciations, all accounts reconciliation, expenses allocation, treasury, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets and other accounts in line with International Reporting Standards & company policies
• Review & verify & analyse all costs & expenses accounts and checking the variances between actual results & budget, forecasted records to keep them under control.
• Monitor & prepare month end closing to ensure all management reports are submitted in timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee and maintenance of all data & accounting entries to ensure all financial records are accurate & maintained in compliance with accepted policies & procedures
• Support budget & forecasted activities .
• Organize for doing the stock count and monthly inventory closing.
• Review all payments to insure proper supporting documentation, approvals as per defined
• Review all journal voucher & ledger to insure accuracy and compliance with established procedures & principals
• Monitor cash & bank balances on a daily basis
• Preparation of sales tax return & receivables & payables VAT returns & liaising with taxes authorities
• liaising with external auditor, and providing support to complete annual audit
• Review & analyze financial reports
• Preparing accurate & timely financial reports (Balance sheet, PL, cash flow, trial balance, forecasted budget) and other reports as per the needs of the management
• Review & control all accounts & intercompany agreements and reconciliation process

- Handling account payable & account receivable by arranging all required actions & transactions
- Preparation of all types of reconciliations (banks A/C, suppliers A/C, clients, Inventoryand all other accounts)
- Posting all entries such as suppliers bills, expenses bills, credit notes, debit notes, sales invoices, assets, depreciations, provisions, bank transactions, allocations, all types of payments, receipts …etc .by using COUNTER ERP accounting software.
- Liaising with bank for all transactions such as (bank draft, chq, LC, supplier payment, ..Etc.
- Handling petty cash book.
- Posting operating/direct & indirect expenses and checking the job cards before closing
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss statement for the operating result
- Preparation of invoices with all supporting documents (BL, PL, DN, storage invoice, demurrage invoice ….etc, using COUNTER software
- Responsible for account receivable & account payable and all bank transactions (TT, reconciliation, chq, ..etc ).
- Preparing of monthly tax and social security declarations reports.
- Checking all supplier’s invoices and arranging their payment
- Preparation of monthly payroll with the overtime calculation for the employees
- Keeping daily cash book and daily bank book
- Preparing and checking all accounts & reports (balance sheet, profit and loss report, creditors & debtors account and all accounts

- Handling Cash Book, Bank Book & Bank Reconciliation.
- Preparing the financial statement, Clients Accounts, vendor accounts & all ledgers like purchase, sales, bills, invoices, payroll, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, , , , , etc.
- Creation and posting the entries to the ledger, preparing the trial balance.
