♣ Design and maintain the recruitment processes and sourcing strategies to align with the organization strategy.
♣ Manage talent acquisition activities for various service lines across different organizational levels and functional areas.

♣ Promote the firm’s strategy of direct hiring through use of online sites and outsourcing activities.
♣ Develop external partnerships and represent EY at job fairs in Riyadh, Jeddah and Eastern Province.
♣ Assist with transformation to best practice and performance improvement of HR projects using KPIs.
♣ Actively participate in internal HR networking activities as well as working with public relations team to raise the firm’s employer brand.

♣ Identify target markets and participate in setting PwC’s local manpower plan.
♣ Handle full life-cycle recruitment; setting sourcing strategies, screening and conducting HR interviews.
♣ Build relationships with stakeholders and lead communication and engagement with clients.
♣ Prepare and post job vacancies on PwC career portal and Global network on a regular basis.
♣ Optimize sourcing process by developing custom-built talent solutions for clients.
Partner with business leaders and provide consultation and ensure innovative recruitment techniques.

♣ Assists in executing the plan, policies and programs for specific human resource functions.
♣ Work with leaders to develop, execute and support change management initiatives including communication plan, client relationship and business readiness and measurement of outcomes.
♣ Responsibility for updating employee handbook, formulation of HR policies & procedures.
♣ Develop job descriptions for various positions according to the respective Job Family.
♣ Handling employee separations - Relieving formalities, handing over charge, no dues clearance, full and final settlement of accounts, exit interviews, preparation of service records, employee turnover analysis.
♣ Identify and design programs and solutions that support organization’s strategy.
