5. Responsible of all cars maintenance for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
6. Assist the Maintenance Manager to execute the following:
Establishing, maintaining, implementing and improving the Tesco Maintenance Management System.
Implement prevention and mitigation measures for risk reduction
Liaising with customers, third party subcontractors and Corporate regarding SQ.
Implement Maintain plans required to ensure optimum improvement and compliance to policies, standards and work instructions.
Conducting site reviews to assess the effectiveness of the SQ and Maintain Management System to identify and implement required improvements.
To advice Management on corrective action required to execute training plan of all personnel, including subcontractors.
To ensure that the relevant SQ and HSES documentation is available and well kept on each location under responsibility.
Too actively follow-up on QHSES related subjects and participate SQ and HSES audits and investigations of major failures and HSES incidents.
To develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through communications, training, and active personal involvement of employees in SQ through prevention and reporting of nonconformities.
Manage, Approve Measure, all Country journey management with internal and external related departments to assure that safe transport of assets and Employees is provided as per TESCO QHSES requirements and meeting the operations need. Any other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
1-To develop Line Managers awareness and ensure Service Quality - SQ and Health, Safety and Environment - HSES are an integral part of Line Management responsibilities and objectives.
2-To assist the Division/District Manager to execute the following:

First Tug was out of service with TWO Volvo diesel engines(1200 hp for each engine), TWO diesel generators (one worked, 50 KW, one emergency), ONE fire diesel turbine, Gearbox coupled to controllable pitch propeller, we made a maintenance for machines and body of the Tug.
My job in this tug is: maintenance for all machines and turbines in machine room.
Second Tug was in service, worked in towing for bulk, andmilitary ships, with TWO Volvo diesel engines ( 1200 hp for each engine), TWO diesel generators (one worked, 50 KW, one emergency), ONE fire diesel turbine, Gearbox coupled to controllable pitch propeller, control in machines was manual.
My job in this tug is: maintenance and start up machines and turbines in machine room.
Third Tug was in service, produced in 2010, worked in towing for containers, LNG and military ships With TWO CAT diesel engines ( 1400 hp for each engine), TWO CAT diesel generators ( one worked, 65KW, one emergency ), ONE CAT fire diesel turbine with 300 m3/hr, fire fighting with sensors.
My job in this tug is: maintenance and start up machines and turbines in machine room.
