• Ensure guests are taken care of, following the Hilton International Kuwait service standard.
• Ensure cashiering procedures are being followed using the Touché POS System.
• Handled all calls in-house and outside guest, and to make sure that the contact number of the guest is properly updated to the report for the sales leads.
• Make room reservation for guest.
• Make sales calls to prospective clients.
• Follow up on membership renewals and posting of fees.
• Ensure that the revenue report DSR (Daily Sales Report) is accurately updated to file and print.
• Able handle front office tasks with minimal supervision efficiently and courteously.
• Responsible for the reception and booking.
• Responsible for the reception of guests and do all the requirements of check in.
• Responsible for all notes, comments and complaints by guests and resolution.
