Duties
• Responsible for checking the technical compliance of quality according to (Qatar Construction Specifications) and international standards for ready mix concrete batching plants .
• Member of national concrete committee and meetings related to specification, standards.
• Representative and spokesman for the national standards in more than one conference.
• Study of projects related to standards, Contribute in market surveying processes.
• Checking manufacturers technical profile ( prequalification, mix design, technical data, and quality plan procedures according to specification and standards.
• Implement site inspection, audits to check plants operation, ensure that the activities completed as per specifications, requirements.
• Coordinate with producers and those responsible for collecting samples.
• Checking test results according to Specifications, standards, requirements.
• Making final report prior to Issue conformity certificates for plants.
• Make daily, weekly and monthly report, fill all the paper work related to work activities.
* Achievements(2011 till present) every year persuading and guiding 75 concrete plants to follow international standards and specification to sustain the environment as well as optimize their products.
Project: Al-Udeid Air Base, U.S Air Base, Relocation Package Phase 1,
Military Buildings, Qatar Armed Forces - G H Q.
Duties
• Responsible for the entire civil, finishing activities (excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, reinforcement, paints, screening, tiling, waterproofing) at all areas of site.
• Developed the project Plan as per planning schedule and followed the consultant instructions.
• Handled, followed up project issues with project manager as well as top management.
• Prepared periodic reports showed the project/area progress and status.
• Managed, controlled the materials as project needs as per project needs.
• Developed the project Plan as per planning schedule to meet deadlines
• Monitored, managed the projects activities to mitigate the risks.
• Coordinated with the consultant, M.E.P& H.S.E, subcontractor, and suppliers, etc.
• Responsible of preparing reports before Payment for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handled responsibilities of preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Review, projects workshop drawing as per schedule and as built surveying.

Achievements(2009 till 2011) executing 2 buildings as well as completed headquarter building with all facilities.
Project: West Bay Hotel And Residential Towers (St-Regis Hotel -Doha).
Duties
• Responsible of Construction activities, managed construction excavation, formwork, steel rebar and pouring at all areas.
• Followed the project Plan as per planning schedule and followed mangers instructions.
• Handled, followed up project issues with project engineers as well as top managements.
• Prepared periodic reports showed the project/areas progress to follow up project schedules.
• Managed, controlled the materials checklist as per project needs and Supervised work activities.
• Monitored, executed the projects workshop drawing and surveying works.
• Dealt, coordinated with the consultants, M.E.P, H.S.E, subcontractors and suppliers, and other disciplines.
• Responsible, prepared reports before Payments for subcontractors / suppliers.
* Achievements(2007 till 2009) participated in (5 towers +10 villa in the same project ) with all facilities.
Duties :
• Responsible for checking the construction works and related activities, formwork, rebar etc.
• Managed, monitored the site team to perform their jobs.
• Ensured that the activities completed according to project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinated with M.E.P and those responsible for the other activities.
• Prepared a daily, weekly and monthly report, and filled all the paper works related to the project updates.
• Attended all safety meetings, and new project H.S.E regulations.
• Controlled and arrange the needs of materials to meet the project Plans and schedule.
• Provided timely feedback to the management regarding site performance.
* Achievements(2006 till 2007) participated in (2 projects) in Cairo and Alex.
