- Find the customer - Identify customer needs - Prepare and make quotation - Order - Plan delivery - Deliver to customer and follow up - Team leader of sales representative
1-To ensure the availability of all nominated machinery through efficient, timely and pre-planned Servicing.
2-To ensure the machinery installation, maintenance, managing and movements are carried out in the allocated time.
3-To carry out servicing as per the recommended schedules and spare parts for all machinery
4-carry out PM and CM as per customer requist at any time and any locatrion
1- Command, arrange and manage the spare parts for heavy equipments.
2- Carry out with my technicians the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for flushing units (trucks mounted high pressure pump, boiler, generator, PLC triplex pump ) and chasses (VOLVO, DONG FENG, STYRE).. Vacuum trucks (trucks mounted vacuum pump and tank) (VOLVO, DONG FENG) … trucks amounted crane (DONG FENG) … crane 50 ton (KATO, XCMG)... forklift 5 ton...
3- Carry out modifications and fabrications for what is in the (FSF) when it is necessary.
4- Flush the flow lines, trunk lines and down holes by cold water or hot water at wells, FPF and OGM as requested by the operation section.
5- Also, sometimes I participate in the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance in the FPF (Field Production Facility).
… I used to worked at Arabia Sudanese trucks vehicles industry company branch of zahid tractors at sudan (Volvo truck dealer in sudan ) and my position type was warranty engineer (fllow the equipment under warranty and send claim to the main dealer at swden), and service engineer
