Delivering end-to-end recruitment process for HSBC MENA;
Developing and maintaining a strong working relationships with the hiring managers;
Partnering with respective HR Managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure the completion/adherence to relevant hiring approvals, job descriptions etc.;
Managing the offer process - including providing up-to-date salary / rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area and successful transition from offer stage to start date;
Acting as first point of contact to liaise with the key delivery teams, ensuring seamless hands-offs and focusing on candidate and hiring manager’s experience;
Supporting Emiratization program by sourcing and screening and conducting assessment centers for UAE Nationals;
Managing and reacting efficiently to volume hiring;
Working on adhoc recruitment projects
