Currently Manning the Steam Turbine Generator Unit which feeds power to the entire Fertilizer plant.
Attending to customers on various issues pertaining to their lines on the company's products and services, in an efficient and effective manner.
Troubleshooting on the vast issues on customers' lines and proffering a speedy resolution to their issues.
Documenting the transactions carried out on each line and making referrals for an improved way of attending to customers.
Keeping up with the company's standards and KPI's at all times and striving to always exceed set targets.
