The duties and responsibilities included:
 Management and maintenance of various contracts and business agreement.
 To undertake all forms of pedagogic work which may include classroom teaching, tutorial work and associated outreach duties, residential, open and distance learning courses and student placements
 To ensure the associated organisational and administrative work, preparation and marking is undertaken.
 To provide the appropriate student welfare and academic/non academic counselling responsibilities.
 To conduct curriculum development work including identification of consumer requirements, planning, development and evaluation of courses and course materials.
 To ensure the administration and management of subjects/units/modules of education and training, or of significant facets or subdivision of these, is carried out.
 To support publicity and public relations related to the College is carried out at all times.
 To ensure unit/subject/module administration and group tutorial duties, including interviewing, induction and assessment (including satisfactory retention rates, exam results), monitoring student progress, placement and destination, monitoring, review and evaluation is achieved..
 To support the College quality assurance, internal verification, moderation and control procedures
 To participate in the College staff development review and appraisal process.

 Responsible for both internal and external communication and information.
 Receiving and dealing with telephone enquires, complaints etc.
 Responsible for the review and publication of staffs directory, newsletter and other company’s journal.
 Researching and development of new business plan in line with corporate plan

The duties and responsibilities included:

 Organising appraisal of client’s care and review of policies and procedures.
 Co-ordinating and proactively ensuring support packages and activities are beneficial to client.
 Ensuring that core values relating to care are strictly adhered to like equal opportunities, confidentiality.
 Responsible for the review and update of client care plan and.
 General monitoring and maintenance of the home to meet the hygienic standard.
 Responsible for the health and safety of all clients, staffs and visitors.
 Committed to general staff training and development.
 Organising and attending Care Plan meeting and appointment.
 Liaising with client’s social worker, consultant Psychiatrist and the local GP.
