• Conduct and prepare detailed and accurate financial and market study in a timely and coherent manner to assess the financial studying and market positioning of existing/new clients within a specific industry.
• To pre-process / monitor various trade transactions are processed in accordance with the applicable procedures and within agreed service standards
• Guide the team into generating the planned sales target.
• Prepare Credit Proposal Memos package for the clients.
• Grow & acquires base of small and medium corporate customers, build strong & long-term business. Relationship with targeted small and medium corporate customers by offering best in class financial services.
• Provide customers all types of financial services - Executing all types of trade transactions.
• Review regarding contracts financing, special transactions and amendments in facilitys original Terms and Conditions.
• Ensure compliance to operational instructions laid down by the Bank.
• Good control on operational / transactional risks and operating cost
• Issuing Domestic and International Bank Guarantees for corporate clients, as well as Standby Letters of Credit
• Checking accuracy of issuance fees and commissions, reconciling guarantee commission calculations and adjusting errors
• Responding to client queries whilst demonstrating a high level of client service at all times
• Supporting Trade Finance and Supply Chain areas
• Acquiring new business & handling all existing clients on daily basis.
• Knowing local market position on an ongoing basis.
• Preparing the daily reports submitted to Central Bank of Egypt.
• Received trade finance request (LGs, LCs, and BCs) and fulfill them in a professional manner.
• Handling clients issues - Take financial and non-financial issues of the customer.
• Cash shortage and excess resolution.
• Supervision on labors in the Marine Port - delivering Goods to the clients and ensuring their satisfaction
