Study Slums and Poorest Villages Development Projects Value
Main Job duties :  Maintain detailed records of all aspects of the projects development like sorting reports, contracts, invoices and financial files for quick access and future reference.
 Develop project strategies and Perform Administrative duties.
 Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities produce quality outputs.
 Undertake field visits to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, then report to the project manager.
 Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review and progress.
 Maintain regular coordination and communication with donor, other partner organizations, consultants, NGOs, law firms, institutions and community representatives to build and enhance their ownership.
 Formulation of formal correspondence between the governors and the ministers concerned.
 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Specialized Job duties: making Action plans with estimated cost and time scheduling
Coordinate projects with all development partners
Manage time schedule of projects
Make sure that all projects be done in time with high accuracy
Doing Sities visits.

3- Tahya Misr city at luxor with fund 150 million LE
4- Al Assal-Shubra, Cairo Upgrading with fund 92 million LE
5- Zaafrana and Sharona Tahya Misr Hospitals for liver diseases with fund 91 million LE
6-7276 house from 226 Poorest villages development with fund 200 million LE
7- 10 vliiages urban development with fund 263 million LE
8- child with out shelter 6 care houses with fund 64 million LE
9- AlAkkab villages upgrading with fund 23 million LE
