Responsible to establish a reliable financial reporting system which monitors the achievement of the Store objectives and provides management in the store with relevant financial data for the decision making process in compliance with all internal guidelines and procedures. Based on sound analysis of the provided data we highlight risks and recommends solutions for improvement of the efficiency in order to achieve store targets.
Assist the Store department Heads and other service head with financial and other analytical figures which are useful to them for their day to day operations.
Maintain and control internal procedures and policies - custodian of store internal control ensuring that all controls are in place in respect of commercial operations of store.
Assist the Finance Manager, Who will be responsible for providing Store Management and Retail Head office with timely and accurate reporting, and confidence in the integrity of the financial system. Supervise the accounts function to facilitate accuracy and reliability.
The Account Payable Supervisor is responsible for providing the Store Finance Manager with timely and accurate Gross Margin and Stocks Reports, Ensure that the entries relating to Goods Purchases and Returns are accurate and the Cost Account maintained are complaint with the Retail and Group Accounting Policies.
