- Supervise all site work (Concrete works -Excavation works - HDD works - Cable laying works)
- Oversee and review the full range of project coordination activities including the review of reports, plans, method statements and specifications ensuring compliance with standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate progress meetings and prepare all related documents
- Assist the Project Manager in the management of Subcontractor
- Co-ordinate with local authorities (i.e. CNIA, ADCO, GASCO, TAKREER, TRANSCO, Abu Dhabi Municipality) to obtain NOCs for works and for crossing their existing or future utilities.
- Implement safe working practices as per the Company's Health and
Safety procedures.
- Managing own staff and subcontract staff.
- Programming works.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
- Ensuring work is done within the allowable cost.
- Co-ordination meetings with subcontractors and client.
- Assisting Quantity Surveyor with interim valuations, variations and day works measure.
- Monthly project status reports and change orders.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Site surveys and variations for Q.S.
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
• Help in agreeing interim valuations and final account.
Setting out and leveling on the site.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
