• Receive, Label, and examine products at the company showroom(s)
• Follow up delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure
prompt and accurate delivery
• Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs
• Preparing sales report and deliver it to the direct supervisor.
• Contacting with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide
ongoing support

• Presenting the product in a structured professional way face to face.
• Provide accurate information (product features, pricing, dimensions etc...)
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make
a sale .
• Answer customers questions about specific products.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in
person and via telephone calls and emails .
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy .
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the
showroom manager & entering figures into a computer system (SAP
system) .
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with
quotations .

• Welcome and identify customer needs.
• Selling Ceramic, Porcelain, faucets, basin units, pipes, fittings, sinks,
bathtubs, shower cabinets, bathroom accessories and sanitary ware.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock.
• Enter and process customer orders.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
