Organizes and directs operations' workflow and job responsibilities within the warehouse to ensure effective management of the receipt, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping of products to customers.
Ensures Security and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures inside warehouse and distribution areas.
Generates pick sheets for outbound shipments and generates GRN for inbound shipments and ensures the items are verified and put away to the correct locations.
Work closely with the production to recommend quantities of supplies for purchase.
Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirement.
Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer and production.
Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries.
