subsidiary of Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA)
based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has awarded its largest
contract to date to Salini Saudi Arabia Co. Ltd.
 The SAR 3.99 billion (USD 1.06 billion) contract is for the
construction of Diriyah Square’s ‘super basement’ car park.
 Approaching 1 million square meters in floor area, the car park
hosts an intricate network of underground roads and tunnels
situated below Diriyah Square with multiple access points, with
the capacity to accommodate 10, 500 cars.
 The carpark structure is an intricate undertaking that will
connect to the existing road and bus network and will include
over two kilometers of four-lane tunnels. The structure will
support 700, 000 square meters of concrete, 90, 000 tons of steel
reinforcement and 1, 600, 000 square meters of formwork
 Aware with Method of statements & ITP, Quality control
techniques etc.
 Aware with the construction steps, techniques, methods and
solutions etc.
 Managing & controlling of site activities under approved
quality managements system of company.
 Witnessing of all site inspections within their disciplines.
 Coordinate all site inspections with the site contractors.
 Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all
attached documents are current status.
 Ensure all work & documents are correctly prepared prior to
any inspection being undertaken.
 Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that
communications exist and are maintained
 Assist the site subcontractors in the re-solution of drawing
interpretation Attend the weekly QC meetings
 Review work procedures and method statements for
compliance with good work practices and the customers
contract specializations
 Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site incharge for inspection and meeting about quality problems
including closure of Non-Compliance Report
