Scheduling and managing of Planned preventive maintenance .
Implement the daily operation and monitoring of the FM activities at site (soft services, PPM, cleaning, waste management, civil works etc), , to ensure activities are carried out within the set timelines, financials budget and confirm to the quality standards agreed.
Managing completion of corrective work orders.
Troubleshooting systems, stafff training and coordination with contractors to ensure the all re-active service requests from various stakeholders and in compliant with the SLA.
conduct regular meetings with internal & external teams to monitor progress of FM activities and to ensure compliance with the agreed standards.
Interacting with clients for technical meetings to achieve the project KPI.
Support the client in timely resolution of their queries related to facilities management in coordination with FM team.
Ensuring all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with company QHSE & HSE policy.
Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment with central purchasing team in a timely manner.
Prepare quotations and estimations for any additional work, complete within the given time frame.
Oversee the enquirers, estimating and tendering for all work assigned and call out jobs.
Making conditional survey reports of the assets in the building and submitting them to the clients.
Developing the work scope for contracted projects, analysing received quotes, and recommending preferred vendors.
Assist in conducting necessary inspection, and manage rectification of defects and snag’s during HO/TO or DLP in coordination with other contractor's.
Assiste in design, installation and maintenance of MEP system.
Supervision of a site and ongoing projects
Management of manpower and assigned their duties.
Coordination with procurement team for timely delivery of materials.
Overseeing of installation work done by technicians and checking if it is done according to the design.
Making of daily progress reports and submitting to project's director.
