- Launched community based IP Video Security and Surveillance, which was another first for Wateen and for any Telecom Service provider in Pakistan. It is the single largest community based Video Surveillance Solution in Pakistan currently deployed at DHA Lahore. (2009)
- Launched Infotainment Portal which topped over a million page views a month. It became the most visited web infotainment portal from all ISPs in Pakistan. (2010)
- Launched Wateen’s flagship product of Broadband over WiMAX as Co-Product Manager.
