ENERPAC in U.A.E. My role in ENERPAC division is as Service Coordinator and my duties, responsibilities, and achievements are as follows.
Overall responsibility for Service, Repairs, and Rental sectors
Act towards revenue growth in field of services
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with staff to resolve operational difficulties and to promote interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to customer service provision
Complied with safety and hazardous material handling, storage, regulatory requirements and internal procedures affecting business operations
Adhered to established policies, procedures and compliance for satisfactory audit rating
Make arrangements for offshore/onshore site requirements such as training, medical, insurance, CICPA, and Travel cards.
Periodical reporting to team leader and HOD with forecast and action plan
Ensuring QHSE rules & regulations in the workspace.
Operated with high integrity, built trust, and earned sustained credibility with internal and external clientele
As a leading Oil & Gas company's Project Coordinator, my job was to involve and support in all kinds of non - Technical activities related to project and to ensure that the project is going in good progress till the end of it. Successfully involved in major 15 Projects Including AMC's.
Coordinate site activities, resources, equipment, and information
Liaise with the project team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives help prepare project documents
Monitor and track project's administration and handle any issues that arise
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Monitor working hours, plans and money spend
Ensuring the employee's needs, requirements, and safety
Manpower and Equipment allocation of the site
Ensuring material delivery and Manpower Mobilization to the projects
HSE inductions and other training to the employees who are not certified or expired
Meeting with the supplier who is related to the project needs
LOA application and good knowledge of CICPA
Preparing monthly timesheet of the project team
Ensuring offshore requirements for employees like Medical, H2s Training, Sea Survival training and applying for travel cards
Participating in Site visits with Project team
Ensuring safety in the workplaces under the supervision of HSE Department
Ensuring & Tracking Estimation's BID &Tender Submission on time
Keeping proper communication with the End-user for the good progress of the project
Arranging HSE inductions and PTW training for the needed in the required Sites
Act as a leader between site coordinators and site admin for the project progress
Managed office inventory by restocking supplies and placing purchase orders to maintain adequate stock levels
Developed and updated spreadsheets and databases to track, analyse and report on performance and sales data
Performed general office duties, including answering multi-line phones, routing telephone calls or messages to appropriate staff and greeting visitors
Welcomed office visitors warmly and alerted staff to the arrivals of scheduled appointments
Tracked inventory and ordered office supplies, encouraging cost-effective solutions
Researches travel procedures and destination information on the Internet
