Job Description:
- Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement
- Creation and maintenance of the software Template files to assure standards
- Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced
- Assist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards
- Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Revit Users to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the Architectural, Structural & MEP Revit models.

• Building all the project phases with all data LOD 100, 200, 300, 400 and LOD 500.
• Coordination process for the BIM Projects.
• Technical support with BIM software "Revit" during project life time.
• Troubleshooting of clashes of the model with all disciplines.
• Creating & modifying families, central files and the work sharing.

SCOPE OF WORK:

I was involved in preparing 3d models for Hvacservices and coordination with other discipline such as Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Medical gas, fuel, Electrical, Architectural and structural.
• Design, Modeling & Co-ordination of HVAC Systems. (AC & Smoke Ducting, Chilled Water & Hot water Piping, Plant Room, Schematic Drawings, Standard Detail & Schedules.)
• Design & Drafting of preliminary drawings, design drawings and Shop drawings for HVAC systems in Revit MEP.
• Preparation of coordination drawings, as built, sections, Detail Drawings, Schedules in Revit MEP.
• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines in all aspects during the execution of works to ensure that all the site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, specifications and work plan.
• Develop and promote new strategies for effective working of BIM model.
