 Accountable for Operation budgeting- Revenue forecasting and Expenses including PNL statements for the Shopping centre on Macro level.
 To provide impeccable Facility management which includes House Keeping, Security, Engineering and maintenance to retailers and customers at all times.
 CRM which includes customer services and help desk management
 Retail Leasing and Fit out management
 Analyst for retailer study on sales - Trading density
 Strategic planner for building and sustaining foot falls at the shopping centre.
 Ensuring that the satisfaction index (RSI and CSI) is always more than 80% for Retailers and walk in customers.
 Generating SOP’s and imbibing in day to day operation of the shopping centre.
 Maintaining all types of various reports and MIS and collating them to be presented at director level.
 To prepare a Marketing / Promotional Business plan
 To ensure maximum return on investment for the retailers/mall developers/stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators

 5% increase in the weekend foot falls -YOY
 10% increase in the weekday foot falls-YOY.
 10% increase in the marketing revenue from signage’s, kiosks, promotional activities, parking
 10% increase in the sales of retailers- YOY
 Retail brand and Promotions receivables should not be more than 5% of total billing, with a maximum ageing window of 45- 60 days.
 CAM Reduction as an ongoing process.
 Mall to be Lively at all times with events and Themed Decor
 Facility management audit to be 80 % or more.
