 Production planning to achieve the target, scheduled delivery to meet the customer requirement.
 Coordination with the sales department represented by the sales coordinators in order to meet the agreed delivery time and prioritize the production load.
 Responsible for the lamination processes & assembly activities and completion of orders - hand laminating, injection molding, fabrications, assembly to meet customer requirements in quality, delivery and time
 Ensure that production activities are carried out in the most effective manner and meet agreed quality, efficiency and delivery standards.
 Releasing production orders and packing orders according to the plan set on daily basis
 Reviewing raw materials and production requirements and coordinating with the department (warehouses, purchases, product development) to cover any shortage of raw materials or find alternatives to them.
 Ensure all Planning; Production Orders and transfer to final Stock are transacted on a daily basis.
 Ensure that all raw materials, manufacturing/trading good items and manufacturing processes conform to the company Specifications and quality standards.
 Requsition of the raw materials as per the scheduled planning to optimize the stock level.
 Make sure that preventive and corrective maintenance plans are carried out consistently to minimize breakdowns and optimize machine availability.
 Ensure that all machines are operating as per the defined parameter to maximize of output and achieve efficiency..
 Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the production section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

BOSCO is one of the largest providers of structural glasses, safety glasses, laminated glasses, fire rated glasses, metal structures and Aluminium profiles in UAE.
 Responsible for creating Production plans, Maintenance plans and ensure compliance with statutory as well as regulatory norms in BOSCO Aluminium and Glass Co.LLC.
 Plan and schedule production schedules, allocate resources, ensure quality & arrange dispatch based on customer requirements and priority.
 Responsible for the glass production activities and completion of orders - CNC glass cutting, fabrications, tempering and double glazing to meet customer requirements in quality, delivery and time.
 Planning various activities of glass production which includes manual and CNC glass cutting, polishing, drilling, fabrications, tempering, double glazing and window bonding.
 Controlling and maintaining the stock of glass, accessories and consumables to minimum order level which require meeting production requirements.
 Maintaining the quality of the glass production by following proper handling procedure and inspection at all production ends.
 Ensuring the quality of the glass, water, tempered glass and double glazing by proper testing at intervals.
 Controlling the production and delivery of customer supplied glass.
 Ensuring preventive maintenance of machines.
 Having exposure to glass estimation
 Ensure productivity and Quality Assurance and solve any production bottlenecks.
 Periodic inspection of glasses manufactured and creates preventive as well as corrective actions.
 Create accountability at each workstation for ensuring productivity and compliance to quality standards.
 Responsible for handling customer complaints and effectively utilizing these to the improvement the product quality and process improvement.
 Ensure cost effective methodologies in manufacturing.
 Responsibility of procurement and maintenance of all machinery in the plant.
 Conduct internal audits per ISO requirements.
 Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
 Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
 Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
 Working out the human and material resources needed.
 Drafting a timescale for the job.
 Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
 Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
 Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
 Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes.
 Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
 Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.

 Reviewing worker performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking daily report of machineries running on sites and maintenance issues of machineries (more than two hundred heavy earth moving machineries running at different sites)
• Maintain, overhaul, replacement of mechanical equipment, systems, static and rotating components; troubleshoot, dismantle, test and replace various hydraulic / pneumatic and rotating equipment to specification and carry out preventive and routine maintenance.
• Taking care of daily operations of our project site in different Areas
• Deciding monthly shift of all site supervisors according to operation manager.
• Taking daily report with all sites in charge according to the management.
• Handling site supervisor and operators issues related to maintenance of machineries
• Doing weekly visit at the working site for inspection purpose.
• Mailing important issues to management.
• Attend to all equipment breakdowns and planned maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.
• Technically assess the requirement of allocated jobs and select the necessary tools and equipment to complete such work.
• Using the computerized maintenance system, order the spare parts from warehouse and maintain records of all maintenance works completed.
• Ensure that all maintenance work are carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and plant operational requirements.
• Monitor any repeated breakdown and take proper modification to resolve the problem.
• Provide on the job training to new craftsmen in order to equip them with the necessary skills to be able to carry out maintenance repair work as planned.
• Effectively be able to test, fault find and diagnose failures on mechanical plant and equipment.
