Duties:
* Management of Lead generation and through LMS & lead pass on to Sales for
closures with the help of portals
* Planning on new product promotion, launches, marketing plans creations, ideating
and executing
* Dental events/exhibitions participation, from registration, to event execution with
help of Vendors globally
* Plan on various ways for Chesa to reach out, through any product launches during
event participations/exhibitions, or any other campaign creations, meets & get
together, Annual Sales Meets, Annual Days, etc. right from ideating, budgeting to
execution stages.
* Working on Annual Marketing plan and budgeting for each category/sector for
marketing- Events, exhibitions, trainings-Internal & External, Uniform for events, any
branding opportunities etc.
* Vendor management & negotiations, dealing with creative agencies, social media
strategy planning & its execution & vendor management, Printers. Design and advt
agencies etc.
* Working on building a strong Digital space- website, social media, SEO (paid &
organic), Content marketing, blogs, SEM, India Mart, PPCs, increase on Website
traffic, Campaign creations with agency, etc.
* Organizing Product photo shoots as and when required
* Working with designers to create mailers, designs, catalogs, brochures, all marketing
print materials
* Managing and creation of all Internal & External communication, with employees,
working closely with HR team & Company Dealers, engagement of these people with
the Company.
Since May 2015, I was stationed as an
IMPLANT from company at Department of Tourism, Karnataka functioning as Account
Head and handling all the Domestic Events and operations & PR for Karnataka Tourism.
Was involved actively in the organizing of PATA Travel Mart, 2015, for organizing various
road shows for Karnataka tourism, and a series of Karnataka festival across different cities
in India. With a Team of 3 members, I was handling Pan India domestic events operations
and PR activities for
Feb 2014, heading the dept. and handling the entire Corporate
Communication and Marcomm activities for different verticals of the company viz- South
India Jewellery Show, Best of India Jewellery Show, Hitex International Gems and
Jewellery Show, Kerala Gem and Jewellery Show, Save Power Show, The Art of Jewellery’
Hindi and English Magazine brands and online activities completely and independently.
Planning, developing and implementing a full-fledged communication strategy - both
Internal and External communications, including media coordination. Presenting and
maintaining a positive public image of the organization.
Was working at Health Care Global (HCG) as Corporate Communications- Manager from
November 2009 - till February 2011. At HCG, I was a member of the Corporate
Communications team of a pioneering private healthcare firm in Bangalore’s history
which, today manages over 24 locations across South Asia and also in Laos, Africa and
Bangladesh. I had been a member of the 5 person core Corporate Branding and
Communications team that successfully defined the communications charter for both
external and internal stakeholders. In my tenure here, the team has managed to turn the
media’s stance from fiercely negative to neutral and currently positive towards the
oncology sector clubbed with aggressive brand positioning. The scope of work entails
dealing with a set of aggressive media always looking for the latest developments and
planting apt media stories on South Asia’s largest Cancer care specialist. Responsibilities
included constantly building media relations, branding activities, new media tracking,
agency handling (PR & Advt.) and interaction and internal communications with a key
role in managing the corporate website and company’s PR- branding, Internal and
External communication and Events
handling Media Relations and Brand management
Marcom handling all the
Marcom Deliveries for the Company till June 2017, with a reporting Team of 14 members,
including Copy and Creative.
