Recruitment & Selection:
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with the heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews for various levels
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle across all verticals right from working on job portals, screening profiles, evaluating, shortlisting candidates, interviews, salary negotiation, candidate selection, joining, and staffing and relationship management with business verticals.
Responsible for Campus Hiring.
Optimizing cost of recruitment by hiring from various sources like job portals employee referrals, consultants etc. after identification of manpower requirements.
Develop and review Job Descriptions for current and new positions as per Manpower Plans/ Budgets ensuring accountabilities are result oriented.
Taking care of Issuance of the Offer letter and Appointment letter.
Implementation of Competency based Selection process.
Responsible for all the visa formalities for new hires.
Ensures that all the medical formalities and national ID procedure is completed on time.
Induction & Orientation:
Responsible for carrying out joining formalities.
Implementation of Induction programme.
Coordinating with relevant department for the setup of workstation, email accounts, bank account etc.
Maintaining & updating employees file.
Training & Development:
Prepares coordinates and deliver training courses, as well as soft skills training courses to the junior members of the organization.
Assess Training needs, Prepare training plan and set objectives in co-ordination with the respective department heads.
Select the training methods as required.
Implement and evaluate training programs.
Employee Relations:
Disciplinary cases: Handle all the disciplinary cases arising out of lack of promotion, absenteeism, fraudulent behavior or any other grievance report out.
Performance Appraisal: Handling Performance Appraisal Process of all employees in the organization in co-ordination with the respective department heads.
Responsible for Reward & Recognition program for employees.
Responsible for addressing employee’s grievances.
Policy Formation & Implementation:
Serve as a change agent by proposing new and improved policies, procedures in coordination with the management.
Ensure communication and adherence to policy. Highlight the required changes in the policies and partner in implementing the changes.

Attendance & Regularity supervision
Leave Administration
Facilitation for Payroll administration
Handling employee Resignation / Termination
Full & Final settlements
Payroll Administration:
Facilitation for Payroll administration by providing and keeping the inputs up to date
Processing of Staff salaries through WPS
Handling Payroll issues
Administration:
Handling renewals/cancellation of commercial licenses of restaurants.
Handling registration/expiry /renewals of Vehicles.
Handling branding of Vehicles
Responsible for setting up LLC’s in new locations.
Handling other administrative tasks like staff accommodation, transportation
Handling procurement for staff uniforms. To look for suppliers, negotiate on material and prices. Raise the Purchase order and arrange the delivery for same.
Responsible for the medical Insurance Addition/Cancellations/Renewals of staff.
