Work in rotation to serve as maintenance leader for all production area in Central area of Sanga Sanga PSC. Central area cover 7 plant which is Nilam Central plant and supported by 6 satellite plant which is Nilam Satellite 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and Lempake. Area of maintenance coverage including also wellhead area which some is located in remote area.
Maintain, supervise and manage about 40 employee including supervisor (Mechanical, Electrical and instrument), technician, planner, safety and also administration.
Maintain reliability of gas compressor and generator to above 95% availability.
Involve and provide coordination for any new project that exists in the area. Make sure that all equipment has been maintained in accordance to standard. Appointed as a reference and also approve any new SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and also (Specialized Working Procedure).
Maintain good relationship with subordinate and provide training and assistance for any new technician or engineer. Manage the work order system thru maximo. Manage the spare part of the facility . Manage the cost and budget of Central area maintenance. Equipment to be managed including gas turbine compressor (centrifugal compressor), Gas turbine generator, gas engine compressor (screw & reciprocating), Diesel engine generator, Pumps, Safety Valves, Transformator, Motors, Instrumentation and other related equipment.
Work in rotation to serve as leader for construction section in department that handle all small scale brownfield project and also work order ranging from development of a new mini station, compressor relocation project, new pump installation, new jumper line, instrument and electrical retrofit and improvement project to plant repair and remediation project such as (tank repair, vessel repair, cathodic protection installation, steel structure repair and also pipe repair). Manage all aspect of construction (Process, Piping, Civil, HSE and E/I) toward the successful of the project. Make sure that all result has complied with company standard. Make sure that all QA/QC process has been followed. Make sure that all work not violates any HSE regulation. Provide input for team for practical and safe work practice. Work as interface for construction team to other team such as engineering, operation and maintenance team. Act as reviewer and approver for any specialized working procedure. Results:
• Manage the transition of the construction section where the department just start up on 2014 and manage and utilizing all existing contract that exist in the company to provide completion of the project until the department has its own construction contractor.
• Succesully completion of all project safely, on time and also within budget. List of completed project such as: Mini station plant ( Semberah Northern and Nilam Sat 3) project, Flare recovery plant project at Semberah 13, Various Jumperline projects, Various Tanks repair work order, Panel Retrofit projects, MV panel modification, various compressor relocation project, Genset instalation, E/I modification, New camp projects, etc.
• Zero incident result which has been maintain since the department startup until present
• Completion of yearly completed project of total 75 -80 project per year with total cost of budget per year of $5.5 M
To serves as leader in instrumentation field on each project and also lead contractor's engineer, designer, programmer and also inspector in the project. Work with other team (Process, Civil, Piping & Electrical) toward a successful completion of the project. Fully responsible for all aspect of instrumentation of the projects including design review and approval, budget as per discipline and also material procurement follow up . Make sure that all design has complied with company's standard. Involve in Project Safety & Hazard review, Project HAZOP, equipment FAT, commissioning & start up. Involve in startup troubleshooting. And also perform as tutor for new engineer and inspector. Perform as Project engineer and lead engineer in some projects. Perform instrument engineering calculation such as orifice, control valve and PSV calculation. Review instrument engineering detail design such as cause and effect diagram, logic diagram, cable layout, connection diagram, panel layout, etc. Review PLC, DCS & HMI programming. Result:
• Key contributor in design and also completion of all Solar Turbine retrofit project (9 ea), Wellhead compressor projects (30 ea), Mutiara Central VLP Compressor projects (install VLP system, Flow computer retrofit projects (4 ea), Reciprocating retrofit project (3 ea). For this entire project I was the lead commissioning engineer.
• Manage the project on time and also on schedule. For TCP, Flow Computer and reciprocating retrofit project, i also appointed as Project engineer to budget, liaise with SKK MIGAS for project completion and hand over.
Work with other team (Process, Civil, Piping & Electrical) toward a successful completion of the project. Responsible for all aspect of instrumentation of the projects include of project design and also material follow up. Involve in Project Safety & Hazard review, Project HAZOP, equipment FAT, commissioning & start up. Involve in startup troubleshooting. Perform instrument engineering calculation such as orifice, control valve and PSV calculation. Review instrument engineering detail design such as cause and effect diagram, logic diagram, cable layout, connection diagram, panel layout, etc. Review all automation programming such PLC, DCS and HMI programming design. Result:
• Completion of the 1st VLP (Very Low Pressure) train facility in the company. For this project also act as Lead Commissioning Engineer.
• Completion of DCS retrofit project in Semberah 14 and Mutiara central Area. For this project also act as Lead Commissioning engineer
• Completion of Wellhead Surveillance Projects (25 ea.). For this project also act as Project engineer and Lead commissioning engineer.
• Completion of other small scale instrument project such as PLC program modification, New Fire and Gas system installation, new HSSD system for 5 sattelite plant, Heater control panel retrofit, etc.

Work to assist Sr engineer for instrumentation work such as drawing design review, instrumentation calculation, PLC & DCS modification programming and also in assist of start up and commissioning of project
