Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & retention of staff
• Preparation of Job Description and issuance to employees in line with NAH guidelines
• Maintaining/collating and Verifying Employees Database of all the employees on monthly basis
• Taking Induction Sessions.
• Providing Feedback for Past Employee Background Verification.
• Maintenance of the attendance management process
• Regular updating of the Master data.
• Planning, Defining & Maintaining of HR Policies & Procedures.
• Coordinating, Compiling & Providing MIS and necessary data.
• Facilitating Employee Engagement Activities and Rewards & Recognition.
• Grievance Handling: Disciplinary Actions like Preparing & Issuing Counseling Letter, Show Cause Notices
• The maintenance of effective employee relations including participation in local formal consultation machinery and processes of jo evaluation, salary administration and reward management
• Coordinating and preparing for the MOM of Grievance Committee, POSH Committee.
• Preparing & Maintaining Files of various Committees.
• Coordinating for Performance Management System.
• Designing & Coding of HR Forms and letters.
• Authorizing Staff discount forms for Ahmedabad Unit
• Understand manpower requirements and check on manpower availability on daily basis
• Formulate various strategies to source the man power requirements like, pamphlet distribution, newspaper inserts, banners near the store location and posters etc.
• Work on Low cost alternate / Non-Conventional methods of sourcing such has visiting NGOs, Institutions and Colleges etc.
• Visit colleges to create awareness among the students on “Earn While you Learn” to hire part timers
• Collate data bank of candidates / resumes for each location / area for future requirements
• Target based volume sourcing for Value format frontline associates.
• Ensure Data maintained in the E Recruitment for all the short listed candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
• Release the offer letters to the short listed candidates as per the band and paymatrix
• Use all recruitment tools to hire an employee to ensure right candidate is brought on board
• Liase with relevant stake holders and close recruitment process
• Work closely with store operations on daily basis to ensure offered candidates are joined and no candidate is working in store without offer.
• Ensure auto hiring is done on timely basis
• Collect all the required documents including the bank account to ensure the new employee salary is paid on time from the first month of joining
• Follow up with HR Ops and ensure the ID card and ESIC TIC reaches the employee within 15 days of joining
• Visit at least two stores every week to ensure Buddy Program is practiced
• Visit high attrition stores at least once in a month to ensure Predictive Attrition Tool is practiced and employees are counselled to reduce attrition
• Follow up on completion of scheduled LMS modules
• Follow up with stores on special projects from time for seamless implementation
• Complete competition benchmarking once in six months.
• Conduct cluster wise Buddy Associate meeting to receive real time feedback
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
