As an Administrator I provides office and administrative support to either a team or individual. My role is vital for the smooth-running for business. My duties may include but not limited to fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Additionally, as an Administrator I often responsible for specific projects and tasks, as well as overseeing the work of junior staff. I keep on trucking all transaction documents to all our clients and making sure that their records are updated. I also do monitoring and notifying the clients for the important deadlines, complying legal procedure and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.

As system support specialists I troubleshoot, install, and fix computer system hardware and software of all types. I usually work full time during all shifts, including evenings and weekends in the absence of other system support staff. I work independently with little supervision, but function as part of a larger IT team. Often, I required to travel to on-site locations to fix various hardware and software problems and perform installations and updates.
