- Designing, Drawing, Programming, Testing & Commissioning of Projects.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
- Participating in Client/ Contractor meetings and resolving client’s engineering and management project issues.
- Device and implement the strategies for the development of sales and marketing plans
- Ensuring all justification for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.
- Drafting contract administration correspondence.

• Monitor NMS for faults and alerts, as well as enhancement/refinement of NMS to provide more insight into production.

• Provide technical customer support including first & second level network troubleshooting.

• Determine whether problems are due to connectivity or if they are higher layer problems.

• Determine whether latency is due to over utilization or congestion.

• Monitor key suppliers service levels and highlight where Service Level Agreements(SLA) are not being met.

• Serve as primary initial responder within the Network Operations Center in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network problems.

• Document all network related activities in ticketing system.

• Provide scheduled and on-demand traffic analysis reports. Perform other duties as assigned to support the continued success of self, team, department and company

• Design, write, implement, test and document PLC and HMI software.

• Develop software and hardware design specifications.

• Design a Ladder Logic on SCADA to program the process via PLC

• Monitor progress of process to ensure it works smoothly.
