Kaplan Business School is a specialist provider of recognized higher education degrees with undergraduate and
postgraduate courses in accounting, business, management, hospitality and tourism, and marketing. This role includes
planning content of lectures and tutorials, preparing and marking assessments, and examinations, preparing and delivering
lectures and tutorials, providing academic guidance to students, and conducting research and contributing to academic
publications.
I have been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students Online (via ZOOM and Microsoft Teams) and in Face-to-
face modes. The following courses I have taught at KBS (Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels): Strategic Project
Management, Project Initiation and Execution, Strategic Management, dynamic strategy and disruptive innovation
and Business research.
Apart from teaching, I have been also involved in curriculum designing and assessment development projects.

Whitireia Polytechnic is a government-owned and funded tertiary institute of technology, known for its high
student success rate and culturally diverse student body. I have served at Whitireia NZ (Auckland Campus) as a
business lecturer and offered courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and supervised students at the
postgraduate level (Level 9).
This role included planning content of lectures and tutorials, preparing and marking assessments, preparing and delivering
lectures, providing advising to students, conducting research and contributing to academic publications.
Key Achievements:
• Unit coordination - Successfully designed, developed and coordinated undergrad and postgrad
courses like Strategic HRM, Change Management & Small Business Management (Syllabi,
assessments, moderation, calibration and governance)
• Lectures delivery to the undergraduate and postgraduate students at the School of Business,
• Research: Actively worked on research projects and produced 45% of articles with my colleagues.
• Student well-being: Worked one-on-one with students on all aspects of writing (including
style, organisation, analysis, and critical thinking) and received positive feedback from
students
• Moderations: Pre-Moderation and post moderation of students’ Assessments
• Advising: Advising students on their course related projects and issues
• Theses Supervision and Examination (Level 9): Actively involved in supervising postgraduate students
in Management (Level 9). Supervised postgrad students and have examined theses of postgraduate (Level
9) students.
